Rules and Regulation for Students
1. Though the Institute encourages freedom of thought and expression, the aim of
discipline in the Institute is to teach habits of thoroughness, concentration on studies,
foster self-control and develop a mature, straightforward and self-reliant character.
Activity of any kind, which violates the basic liberties of other students, is strictly
prohibited. Freedom does not exist without responsibility. The discipline program is
intended to ensure that at Institute everyone shares in the responsibility of providing a
positive and safe academic environment within which to learn and excel. 2. Students
are expected to conform the rules, regulation and behavioral expectations during the regular
working days. 3. Every bonafide student of the Institute is required to have an
Identity Badge to be obtained from the administrative office at the time of admission. In
case of loss, duplicate will be issued at a charge of RS 50/=
4. Students are required to take care of their things. The Institute will not be
responsible for any loss (damage, theft etc.)
5. Students are expected to converse with and respond positively to requests from any
member of the faculty and staff (including secretaries and all classified staff) in a
polite, respectful manner. Abusive language directed towards any members of the Institute
community or the obvious disregard of reasonable requests of directives are examples of
insubordination.
6. The management shall take disciplinary action against a student for disobedience,
indecent behavior, political, subversive and undesirable activities, moral turpitude,
fighting, vandalism, theft and cheating in examination and violation of the Institute rules
and regulations.
7. Any breach of the laid downs or expected disciplinary and behavioral pattern & modes will
be liable to punishment. The punishment may range from fine to dismissal from the Institute
8. No refund of the fee paid towards tuition, security deposit or admission would be given
on expulsion.
Cancellation of Courses
The administration of The PPS reserves the right to cancel any course in which there is
insufficient enrolment.
The Prospectus is informational and should not be taken as binding on the Institute. The
Institute reserves the right to change any rules or regulations applicable to students
whenever it is deemed appropriate or necessary.
